Why can't I download my purchase?

Just purchased a product and having trouble downloading it? We'll help you get what you bought.
Here are some common issues and the best ways to fix them.

Download doesn't complete, fails mid-way

3 main reasons why this may have happened:

  • Slow Internet connection, in which case you'll have to try and download the product with extraordinary patience. Download managers might seem like a great idea, but will not be able to help you in any way.
  • Using an outdated browser. We highly recommend using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for best results. Other browsers may work, but it's safe to say these two have had the least trouble downloading.
  • Downloading onto your tablet or smartphone. During testing, we found that a handful of devices don't support downloading via the direct download. You may use the "Save to Dropbox" feature to download it (this will only work for products that are less than ~120MB in file size). The quickest and best solution is to download on your computer and then move the files onto your devices.

Download link shows a "Sorry, no downloads left" message

Contact us via this form and provide the email address you used during the checkout. We will get you a fresh download link.

Note: If you register an account on Sellfy all your previous purchases will always be available from any device. So to get access to them and remove the download limit - simply log into your account and go to 'My Purchases'.

Never received a download link

First, make sure you check both your spam and trash folder as well. If it's nowhere to be found, contact us via this form and provide the unique PayPal transaction ID for your purchase.

There are a few ways to find your transaction ID:

  • Look for it in your PayPal account email. If you didn't delete the transaction report the ID will be available there.
  • Log into your PayPal account and look for it in your transaction history.

You're not satisfied with the product and you wish to receive a refund for your purchase

Before you request a refund as explained here, you should try and contact the seller and try to work something out. You can find their contact details in your purchase invoice, available in the download button dropdown. 

Also, you can contact the seller by going to their Sellfy store page and pressing 'contact seller' on the right-hand side just above their products section.
