What fees does Sellfy charge?

In general, there are two types of fees when you sell products using Sellfy. There is Sellfy transaction fee that depends on the subscription plan you have chosen and the fees charged by the payment processor (PayPal/Stripe).

1.  Sellfy fee:

Sellfy fees differ depending on the  plan you use. The Pro plan charges 2%, Pro Plus doesn't charge a fee. The transaction fees are summed up for the whole billing cycle and paid once a month together with your monthly subscription.

For example, if you're using the Pro plan and you've sold products worth $200 within one billing cycle, then you'll be charged 2% of $200 ($4) together with the monthly Pro plan payment ($29). In total, you'll pay $29 + $4 = $33 for that billing cycle.

2.  Payment processor fees (PayPal/Stripe fees):

This fee is deducted from the product price instantly in each transaction and you can see it into your balance right after the payment comes in.

PayPal typically charges 2.9%+$0.30 per transaction (the percentage varies depending on your and your customer's location). You can find more detail information on their website  https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees

Stripe fees typically are 2.9%+$0.30 per transaction. You can find more detail information on their website  https://stripe.com/us/pricing

Note: If you've been using one of our discontinued plans (Legacy, Basic), refer to this article: Discontinued plans
