I didn't receive my purchase
If your payment went through, but you didn't receive your download email please follow these steps:
- Check both your email spam and trash folders;
- If you don't find it, contact us and provide the unique PayPal Transaction ID for your purchase or the transaction number from your bank statement if you paid with a card.
There are a few ways to find your Transaction ID (for PayPal only):
- Look for it in your PayPal account email;
- Log into your PayPal account and look for it in your transaction history.
