I didn't receive my purchase
If your payment went through, but you didn't receive your download email, please follow these steps:
- Check your spam / trash / social / promotions and other email inbox folders;
- If you don't find it, via [email protected] or here and provide the unique PayPal Transaction ID for your purchase or the transaction number from your bank statement if you paid with a card.
Here's how to find your Transaction ID (for PayPal):
- Look for it in your PayPal account email;
- Log into your PayPal account and look for it in your transaction history.
If you paid with a card, you'll find the transaction ID in your card billing statement.
