I didn't receive my purchase

If your payment went through, but you didn't receive your download email please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you check both your email spam and trash folder
  2. If it's nowhere to be found, contact us and provide the unique PayPal Transaction ID for your purchase or the transaction number from your bank statement if you paid with a card

There are a few ways to find your Transaction ID (for PayPal only):

  • Look for it in your PayPal account email
  • Log into your PayPal account and look for it in your transaction history.
