I didn't receive my purchase

If your payment went through, but you didn't receive your download email, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your spam / trash  / social / promotions and other email mailboxes
  2. If you don't find it in any mailbox, contact Sellfy via [email protected] or here and provide the unique Transaction ID or transaction number for your purchase

Here's how to find your Transaction ID if you paid with PayPal:

  • Look for it in your PayPal account email
  • Log into your PayPal account and look for it in your transaction history

If you paid with a card, the transaction number is available in your card statement. Typically, it won't be displayed in any notifying messages you may have received to confirm the payment.
