How can I get an invoice for my purchase?

You can request the invoice for your purchase on the Download page, which you received in the Purchase email after placing your order.

To view your invoice, click View Invoice on the download page, as shown below.

For security reasons, you will need to either access the invoice with the device that you originally used for the product download, or you can select a Request verification link through email and unlock invoice access.

Important! To complete the verification and access the invoice details, you must use the same device and browser that you used to request access to the invoice.

To save it, take a screenshot of the page.

Note: Invoices are generated for paid products only. Free downloads won't come with an invoice.

What information is included on my invoice?

Every invoice will have information for the Sellfy store name, seller's email address, and Sellfy store URL, from which the purchase was made. Some sellers will have additional information about the company name, company address, and the VAT number. The seller's name or address will not be included.

Can I edit my invoice?

Important: The seller's part includes only the information the seller provided. If you need more details about the seller for accounting purposes, please contact them directly to request those.

You can edit the invoice to enter more details about you as the buyer. By default, the buyer field will show only the email address you entered when purchasing the product. Other details aren't requested at the checkout and therefore won't be displayed.

Note: the information input in each invoice is not saved beyond the actual invoice. If you're typing the information in one invoice, you'll have to do it again for the other invoices. The information block and the dotted border will not show on the printed document.
