You can request the invoice for your purchase on the Download page, which you received in the Purchase email after placing your order.
To view your invoice, click View Invoice on the download page, as shown below.
For security reasons, you will need to either access the invoice with the device that you originally used for the product download, or you can select a Request verification link through email and unlock invoice access.
Important! To complete the verification and access the invoice details, you must use the same device and browser that you used to request access to the invoice.
To save it, take a screenshot of the page.
Note: Invoices are generated for paid products only. Free downloads won't come with an invoice.
What information is included on my invoice?
Every invoice will have information for the Sellfy store name, seller's email address, and Sellfy store URL, from which the purchase was made. Some sellers will have additional information about the company name, company address, and the VAT number. The seller's name or address will not be included.
