Where can I find my order invoices?

As a seller you can view all order invoices in the Orders section.

  1. Go to Orders
  2. Select an Order
  3. Click Quick actionsView Invoice at the top right corner
  4. To save the invoice use your print screen key or take a screenshot or snip of the page

What information is on an invoice?

The default invoice information consists of:

  • Store name
  • Store URL
  • Customer's email address
  • Payment date
  • Transaction ID
  • Item name
  • Total cost

See an example below.

Can an invoice be edited?

Yes! It's possible to add additional business information and notes for your customers. You'll add these details in your Invoice settings and then save.

Your customers are also able to edit their own email addresses if needed for accounting purposes.

Can I download my order invoices?

Yes! You can download individual order invoices or export order invoices in bulk. We provide them in PDF format or as a spreadsheet (CSV file).

You can choose the format prior to exporting the data in the Orders section.

Note: Bulk exports contain orders that are currently 'filtered' in the Orders view. This means that you can export invoices associated with a single customer email, for instance, by using the search function and selecting 'Export data'.

To download order invoices:

  1. Go to Orders
  2. Filter store orders by date range or customer email
  3. Click Export data
  4. Select the format (PDF or CSV)
  5. Download the invoice or spreadsheet to your device

Where will my customer find their invoice?

Your customer can get their invoice from the order confirmation or download page. On this page, they can select "View Invoice".

For security reasons, your customer will only be able to access their invoice from the same device that they originally purchased with. If they are using a different device they will need to “request access to view the invoice". This will trigger an email, and they will need to verify through their email that they are requesting access, with their new device.

Please keep in mind that invoices are only produced for paid orders, there are no invoices for freebies.
