Yes! You can import email addresses. But, first, please check that you have your email addresses in the proper format and that it meets privacy requirements.

Is it free?

Yep! As long as you're a paying and active subscriber of Sellfy, we'll import your email list for free.

How to import email addresses

To get your email list imported, head to the Email marketing -> Import

Format

Your .CSV file should contain a single column named "email", and this column should contain all customer email addresses that you would like to be imported to your Sellfy Email marketing tool.

Privacy requirements

Please be prepared to tell us how you obtained these email addresses, and confirm that you do have their permission to contact them by email.

You must have their permission to contact them, it is required by law. Violating this will lead to permanent account suspension.

Approval process

Ensuring the privacy and security of our users' data, when it comes to importing email lists onto our platform, we take a meticulous approach. Our team manually verifies all uploaded files to guarantee they align with our strict privacy requirements. This process may take up to 1-3 business days.
