Why is my data export loading so long?

Depending on your order volume, the report can take some time to generate. A large volume of orders will take a longer time, so don't worry if it doesn't show up immediately.

Generating the Order export can take a longer time to load if any of the following apply to you:

  • You've got a large volume of orders
  • You've selected a long time frame (over 1 month)
  • You requested the Order export for the first time
